The project is a mega logistics hub for Noon in Riyadh, KSA and mainly consists of the main Warehouse and Multi-tier in addition to a number of attached Service and Admin blocks plus standalone small buildings (Guard Rooms, Fire Pump Room, Water Tanks, and Pallet Repair Shed).
The warehouse and multi-tier building has a footprint area of approximately 188,600 m2 with a net floor area of approximately 175,500 m2. The warehouse is a single-story building that will have high racks for general storage of Noon retail operations. The Multi-tier part of the building is approximately 60,000 m2 which will have ground plus 5 tier levels.
Packaging will be in the ground floor only while the upper 5 tiers will be for storage. Ground floor also includes a separate Perfume and Cosmetics Store. The height of the building is 23.6 m measured to the apex. The Service and Admin blocks are attached to the Warehouse and Multi-tier building and will act as support facilities comprising ground plus mezzanine floor each.
