Chalhoub Group appointed HCO to provide detailed design services for their project “The Fulfillment Center” at ILBZ (New Industrial Logistics Bonded Zone).
The proposed site is located at ILBZ, KSA, Industrial Logistics Zone Phase-1, Riyadh. The total site plot area is about 39728.633 square meters with a built-up area of 30,000 square meters.
The main building structure is divided into two distinct zones as follows:
1. Warehouse Block- Single-storey PEB block with mezzanine
2. Administration Block- 3 Building Blocks (Concrete Building)
The total building footprint of the main facility shall be 21,115 square meters, which is 53.14 % of the total area. The total ground coverage of the entire facility, including all support facilities, will be 21,270 square meters, which meets the permissible limit outlined in SILZC’s Design Development Guidelines – i.e., 60% of the total area.
