Concept and Detailed Design for the construction of the new Emerson facility at SPARK with a built-up area of around 12,400 sqm designed. The building does not exceed G+1 and its aesthetic is mid to high tech with sustainability addressed early in the envelope, water and waste management, and solar systems, aligning with the Emerson philosophy.
