Construction Supervision
The development comprises a Five Star Hotel, Luxury Residential apartments and parking areas. The site was vacant when activities commenced on the design and the procurement of the Enabling Woks Contractor. The site was generally flat and covers an area of 18,812 square meters. Existing roads around the plot are all asphalted.
Project consisting of one (1) level basement beneath a seven levels podium and four (4) towers up to 29 floors where the two northern towers will interconnect at the top by a steel Vierendeel truss bridge as well as the two southern towers. Major plant rooms are located at the levels 27, 28, roof, basement, and podium levels. The basement level of the structure will be used mainly as parking and the podium levels provide many usages including retails, ballroom areas, Health Club/ SPA’s etc.
The roof top of the podium will host an extensive landscaping with water features and pool areas. The tower consists of hotel and residential apartments, northeastern tower including the bridge will be used as hotel while the other three towers including the southern bridge will be used as residential.
