HCO was appointed by GAJ as Architect Of Record Consultant & Construction Supervision Management for the Ashar Development project in Al Ula.
The site features 25 km of new access road and infrastructure to access the main resort, which is built across a natural valleyed Wadi within the mountains of Al Ula. The resort is complemented by 6 VVIP villas, 15 VIP Villas with personal pool, 26 Winter Tent Villas with personal pool, 2 High End Restaurants and a Luxurious Spa with an Infinity Swimming Pool.
