The project is consisting of two sites in the SPARK masterplan, Office Headquarter & Logistics facility.
HCO were appointed by Al Fouzan Group to undertake the detailed design services and permit approvals for the two Aramco
facilities.
The headquarter building will be G+6 floors building with offices to house
Aramco staff.
The logistic facility consists of logistic hub, offices, warehouses & workshops and will serve as the SPARK hub for Aramco subsidiary companies.
